Military Appreciation Month is celebrated every year in May in the United States. This is a declaration that encourages citizens to observe the month as a symbol of unity. The Military Appreciation Month was first declared in 1999 by Congress to honor the United States Armed Forces’ sacrifices.

-As this is Military Appreciation Month, we should display our country’s flag outside our houses and offices.

-I know this is not a big gesture, but let’s show our support on social media with #MilitaryAppreciationMonth.

-There are many military-related celebrations throughout May. Let us participate in each of them.

-We should organize an event in our school where all the 2nd and 3rd-grade students write beautiful messages for our country’s Military. After the event, we can mail all the letters to the Army base. 

-If you see any military personnel on the road, thank them for their service, and surprise them with a coffee, dessert, or a drink.

In our country, a large percentage of war veterans find themselves homeless after coming back from duty. We should build houses for them, and take care of them free of cost.

-There are many veteran and military charities in our country. We should donate something to the charity to show our support and respect for the Military.

-Yesterday I came across a veteran who was looking for a job, and it broke my heart. Our government needs to do something for our soldiers as they are the ones who are protecting our nation.

-We should organize an event to raise money to donate to different military and veteran charities. 

-This is Military Appreciation Month, so we should as much as we can to support them. They are the reason we are living peacefully.

-We should honor the members of the U.S. Armed Forces who have died in the pursuit of freedom. They have played a massive part in maintaining peace.
