AIDS or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome is a disease caused by the HIV or Human Immunodeficiency Virus which is a virus that causes damage to the immune system. Most HIV-infected people do not see any symptoms and are actually unaware of the fact that they have HIV.
A really low number of CD4 cells or dangerous infections cause AIDS which is the worst stage of HIV and eventually leads to death.
